RIPPLIN' WATERS Campground and Cabin Rentals is a full service campground located in Sevierville, Tennessee. We are just off I-40 Exit 407 (Great Smoky Mountain National Park exit). We are conveniently located close to the National Park, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
We invite you to come and enjoy camping in the Smokies for a weekend, a week or even longer! Special monthly rates are available if you would like to extend your stay.

Camping....
RIPPLIN' WATERS Campground and Cabin Rentals offers level, shady campsites with full hookups. We have 30 and 50 amp sites, both pull through and back-in. We also have 50 sites along the Little Pigeon River.
Cabins....
RIPPLIN' WATERS Campground and Cabin Rentals also provides rental cabins for your enjoyment. Our cabins feature room for up to 4, full kitchens and baths, air conditioning, screened porches and some have loft beds. All of our cabins feature Satellite TV, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher along with the pots, pans and dishes to put in it!

Some have loft sleeping areas...
Cabins have full size appliances, as well as full bathrooms, A/C and satellite TV.

2008 Season Rates
RIPPLIN' WATERS Campground and Cabin Rental rates are some of the best in the area. Full hookup on our campsites includes water, sewer, electric and SATV. Rates below are for up to two persons.
RIVER SITE: (30 amp) $28.00
(50 amp) $31.00
PARK SITE: (30 amp) $26.00
(50 amp) $29.00
CABIN-FULL FACILITY*: $75.00
Extra person (over 3 yrs) $5.00
No pets, please!
Above rates for 2 persons per night, plus tax. Campsites are $3.00 additional per night for each additional person over age 6.
We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Travelers Cheques, and Discover cards. Check or Money Order accepted for
RESERVATIONS ONLY .No checks accepted at check-in. We are a Good Sam park.
*You need to bring your bedding and towels for cabin rentals. No pets allowed in cabins.

Pets must be kept on a leash or inside RV. No pet fences allowed. In the interests of everyone's enjoyment of the park, Guests who are unruly or otherwise do not follow Campground rules may be asked to leave. In such case, there will be no refund for unused time paid.

From I-40 Exit 407, go south for 5 miles on TN 66. RIPPLIN' WATERS Campground and Cabin Rentals is on the right, approximately 1/4 mile past the light at Boyd's Creek Highway.
Amenities....
RIPPLIN' WATERS Campground and Cabin Rentals is located along the banks of the Little Pigeon River. Along with river fishing, our park features amenities such as a swimming pool, pavilion for large gatherings, laundromat, fully stocked camp store, a playground area and LP gas sales.
Campground Rules:

No washing of cars or campers, etc is allowed! |
|
|
Anyone caught deliberately destroying campground property will be liable. |
|
|
The management will not be held responsible property damage, theft, etc. or your personal safety. |
|
|
Please do not enter the bath houses when being cleaned! |
|
|
We do not deliver phone messages. Check message board in office. |
|
|
Drain hose must be connected to sewer by donut or plastic elbow {state law}. |
|
|
Each camper is to place their garbage in the dumpster at the pavilion. |
|
|
No pets in pool area or in cabins or in any public building. Do not leave pets unattended. Pets must be quiet, leashed at all times and picked up after. |
|
|
We give refunds only within 1 hour of check in {except holidays} which requires a 2 week notice. |
|
|
Reservations are for general areas only. We cannot guarantee specific site numbers. We do take requests. |
|
|
We reserve the right to assign campsites. After registering at the office, please stay on your assigned site. |
|
|
Only 1 recreational unit/ family permitted on a site. One vehicle per site. No parking on grass. |
|
|
All visitors must register at the office upon arrival. |
|
|
No generators. |
|
|
Fishing permits are required for the river. No swimming in river. |
|
|
Pool regulations are posted. Children under 12 must be accompanied. |
|
|
No lifeguard at pool. Swim at your own risk. |
|
|
Firecrackers, fireworks, firearms or obscene language are not permitted. |
|
|
|
Parents are responsible for the
actions and safety of their children.
Speed limit in the park is 5 m.p.h. please observe. |
|
Check out time is 12:00 noon. Anyone who has not paid and wishes to stay another day must check in at the office by 10:00 a.m. |
|
|
Cabin check out: time is 11:00 a.m. |
|
|
Quiet hours are to be observed from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m |
