Located on a branch of the Little Pigeon River, our serene family campground (covering eleven plus acres) and rental cabins are convenient to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area attractions in a peaceful setting of trees spaced specifically for shade that accommodates local wildlife e.g. birds, squirrels, woodchucks, etc. on well kept lawns with picnic tables that are bordered by excellent roads providing some pull-through-spots with full hookups. Fishing, bike riding, hiking and dog (pet) walking are encouraged! Our amenities include free Wi-Fi/TV (18 channels), swimming pool, bathhouse (multiple showers, commodes, sinks, electric outlets) and when needed, a coin-operated laundromat and small supply store.
Sorry, tent camping is NOT available.


The campground & Cabins are hidden, less than a minute's drive from highway 66/Winfield Dunn Parkway, includes some pull-through 30/50 AMP electric, river fishing & great area attractions e.g. 11.2 miles-Dolly Parton attractions, 12.8 miles-Great Smoky Mountains' National Park, 1.5 miles-Sevierville Convention & Event Center. Rates & Policies

Riverside (Back-in) & Park (Pull-through) nightly & weekly rates plus tax for up to 2 people include both 30 and/or 50 AMP Sites. Free WiFi & cable TV (18 channels).
Cabins, minimum two (2) night stay, two (2) persons, rate+tax: no weekly Cabin rates. Free WiFi & cable TV (18 channels).

From I-40 take Exit 407, then 5 miles South on HWY 66 (Winfield Dunn Parkway). Get in the right hand lane as soon as possible on HWY 66 for right turn into the park.
